Our switch grinding and deburring machines are manufactured to a high quality and designed to be particularly user-friendly.
Operating principle:
The switch grinding machine is transported by two people, but operated by just one person and rolled effortlessly along the track.
Once the motor has been started by the reversing starter, the grinding disc is adjusted to the required working depth and locked in place using the handwheel and spindle. The clamping is released with the clamping bracket, the motor support with drive and grinding disc is swivelled to the required inclination and clamped again.
The grinding disc is moved sideways to the burr via the carriage guide using the feed bracket and pressed against the burr for grinding. With even pressure, the machine is rolled along the edge of the burr on the rail or switch blade, restoring the shape after multiple grinding passes.
Thanks to decades of experience in track construction and constant optimisation of our switch grinding and deburring machines, they not only ensure optimum results "on the rail". Thanks to their sophisticated construction and solid manufacturing, they are also designed for maximum durability.
